The Foundation has recently appointed Matt Thorpe the full time CEO of the Foundation. 

Matt replaces Kurt Heck as Managing Director and Kurt will take on the responsibility of treasurer.

Matt will serve as the primary representative of the Foundation and his responsibilities will include shaping the vision and mission of the Foundation.  Matt also takes on the responsibility of the entire partner portfolio and will also be responsible for growing this portfolio by adding new projects in 2011 and 2012.  This year Matt’s primary focus will be on the Bali projects and the building of the Annika Linden Centre which will house 4 of our partner charities in Bali.

Matt has a long history with the Foundation and has been a board member since 2005.  Matt previously worked at RESET, one of the Foundation’s major donors as Operations Director in Singapore.  He now lives in Sydney and spends one week per month in Bali.
